Aasma Ikramuddin Baker

Aasma Ikramuddin Baker is a Strategic Advisor and Solutions Executive, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Aon. Aasma has extensive experience in the field, having served as a Sales Executive and Partner at Aon Hewitt from 2009 to 2022, and has also held various roles at Fidelity Investments. Aasma began their career as a Law Clerk at Gilberg, Kurent & Kiernan, LLP from 1994 to 1996. Aasma earned a BA in Political Science and Government from Mount Holyoke College and a JD from Suffolk University Law School, along with completing the Accelerated Leadership Development Program at Harvard Business School.
