Ajit Jacob

Ajit Jacob has an extensive background in financial analysis and executive compensation, with significant experience in the airline industry. Ajit held various leadership roles at United Airlines, including Director of Executive Compensation and Senior Manager of Financial Analysis and Operations Planning & Analysis, from February 2017 to April 2019. Ajit then transitioned to ExpressJet Airlines as Managing Director of Transformation, serving from April 2019 to December 2020, before joining Aon in January 2021 as Senior Director of Total Rewards. Prior experience also includes positions at Continental Airlines as Senior Financial Analyst and Manager of Financial Analysis. Ajit holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston's C.T.
