Alessandro Linari is the Head of Analytics & Pay Equity Leader for Aon in the UK & EMEA, providing expertise in EU pay transparency compliance, pay equity analysis, reskilling and upskilling strategies, workforce planning, and HR benchmarking. Alessandro has a strong background in data science and analytics, having previously established the People Analytics function at Vodafone UK and developed advanced solutions for People Analytics at Aon. Prior experiences include creating data products at Winton Capital Management and conducting cybersecurity research at Nominet UK. Alessandro holds both a Laurea and a PhD in Computer Science from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and actively shares insights as a public speaker at industry conferences and roundtables.
