Alex Salgado

Alex Salgado is currently a Risk Engineering Leader for the Andean Region at Aon, having started this role in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Engineering Risk Manager at Aon Colombia since 2014 and held various leadership positions in risk management and claims, including Claims Manager at Allianz Colombia and Director of Loss Control at McLarens. Alex has a strong educational background in Mechanical Engineering and specialized studies in risk management and industrial safety from several institutions. Their extensive experience in the insurance and risk management fields spans nearly two decades.
