Alex Smith

Alex Smith is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Health Solutions UK at Aon, a role they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Alex served in various leadership positions at Aon, including Head of Operations for Online Benefits and EMEA Health. They also gained valuable experience at RSA, where Alex held titles such as Project Manager and COO for RSA Germany. Additionally, they began their career at Friends Provident as an IT Project Manager. Alex is continuing their education at Whitgift School and the University of Hull.
