Alexa Gilbert is currently the Chief of Staff to the UK CEO of Reinsurance at Aon, where they focus on operational excellence, digitization, and automation to drive sustainable growth. Previously, they held multiple roles at Willis Towers Watson, including Operations Director for Aerospace, and were involved in various capacities within the organization, demonstrating a proven track record in business transformation and cross-functional team leadership. Before that, Alexa gained experience at Zurich Insurance as a Project Manager and Research Analyst. They earned a BA Honours degree in History from The University of Sheffield in 2003.
