Alison Charman

Alison Charman has extensive experience in the pensions and employee benefits sector, with a career spanning over two decades. Since September 2006, Alison has held multiple roles at Aon, currently serving as the DC Pensions and Employee Benefits Principal, after progressing through positions including Business Development Manager and Senior Consultant. Prior to Aon, Alison was a Pensions Consultant at PIFC Consulting from 2004 to 2006, and held a Consultant position at The Clear Group in 2003-2004. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Gissings from 1997 to 2003, where Alison also worked as a Consultant.
