Alison Gartside

Alison Gartside is a Retirement Partner at Aon, currently serving as the UK Retirement Chief of Staff and Corporate Consultant. Previously, they worked as a Partner and Corporate Retirement Actuary at Aon from 2017 to 2022, advising companies on benefit plans and de-risking solutions. Alison began their career as a trainee actuary at Towers Perrin (1998-2003), before advancing to Aon Hewitt where they spent 14 years as a Partner and Corporate Pensions Actuary, advising on various pension-related issues across multiple sectors. Alison is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and holds a BSc in MORSE from the University of Warwick.
