Allison Genovese is an Associate Partner in Human Capital Solutions at Aon, leading initiatives in the Retail, eCommerce, and Hospitality sectors since 2022. Prior to Aon, Allison spent 15 years at Tiffany & Co. as a Market Manager in the Business Sales division, where they consistently achieved substantial revenue growth and managed a remote sales team across a 16-state region. Before that, they held various sales management roles at UPS from 1994 to 2007, where they led teams and drove revenue increase while participating in community initiatives. Allison holds a degree in International Business, Business Administration, Management, International Studies, and French from Millikin University, earned in 1994.
