Andrew Boyle is a seasoned CFO with over 15 years of experience in large, complex multinational organizations. Currently serving as CFO at Aon, Andrew has a proven track record in organizational transformation, strategic planning, and M&A. Previously, Andrew held CFO roles at Mercer, where they achieved significant revenue growth and successfully managed diverse finance teams across Europe and globally. They hold a B.Comm and an M.Acc. from University College Dublin, as well as a FCA from Chartered Accountants Ireland. Based in Dublin, Andrew is also an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
