Andrew Krawczyk is the Human Capital Market Leader for EMEA at Aon, focusing on driving growth across the Health, Wealth, and Talent solutions. With over 23 years of experience in human capital advisory, they have specialized in retirement, employee benefits design, and health & wellbeing. Prior to their current role, Andrew served as a Commercial Director and Pension Consultant at Aon, leading commercial activities and client engagement initiatives. They hold a first-class honours BA in Business Management from Dublin Business School and have completed Aon’s Global Catalyst Program for Senior Leadership Colleagues.
