Andrew Racle

Andrew Racle is a seasoned professional serving as the Managing Director and West Region Leader at Aon since April 2014, with a track record of leadership in risk due diligence and M&A Solutions. Prior positions include Senior Vice President and Director, where Andrew expanded due diligence practices to complex transactions and sponsored junior project managers. Previous experience also includes a Law Clerk role at Lewis, Feinberg, Lee, Renaker & Jackson P.C., and various legal internships focused on environmental and policy issues during law school. Andrew holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Society from Cornell University, where graduation was achieved cum laude.
