Andy Holmes

Andy Holmes is a senior reward consultant with around 20 years of experience specializing in executive reward and governance best practices. They have held leadership roles across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, retail, and manufacturing, and are currently serving as the Associate Partner of Executive Compensation at Aon. Previous positions include Interim Head of Reward at Convatec and Director of Executive Compensation at GlaxoSmithKline, where they provided strategic guidance on compensation issues for senior executives. Andy holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
