Anna Bloss is a Human Resource professional with over 20 years of experience in various HR roles, including Total Rewards, HR Service Delivery, Learning and Development, and Payroll. They began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Marriott International, where they managed payroll for over 600 employees and facilitated new hire orientations. Anna later worked at Aon Hewitt as a Total Rewards Consultant, leading projects to support Total Rewards programs and advising HR staff on compensation issues.
