Anna Thompson

Anna Thompson is a Consulting Director leading a team of consulting occupational psychologists to provide top-tier pre and post hire assessment solutions to clients. Anna has previously served as Principal Consultant and Senior Consultant at Aon from 2022 to 2023, and as a Freelance Assessment and Development Consultant at Streamline Psychology from 2012 to 2017. With a strong foundation in psychology, Anna earned an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham and a BSc in Psychology from The University of Manchester. Additionally, Anna holds a PGDip in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Roehampton.
