Anne Shepherd

Anne Shepherd has extensive experience in retirement consulting and compliance, having worked at Aon Hewitt and Aon from 2007 to 2017. As Pursuit Manager, Anne managed the proposal process, developed strategies, and ensured quality responses. In roles as a Compliance Consultant and Senior Compliance Consultant, Anne performed ADP/ACP and 415 nondiscrimination testing for various defined contribution clients, coordinated with internal and external stakeholders, and provided consulting on plan design changes. Anne also has managerial experience overseeing teams of Pursuit Managers and facilitating leadership training programs. Anne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from The University of Toledo, obtained in 2003.
