Anne Thompson

Anne Thompson is the Senior Vice President of Health & Benefits at Aon, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they served as Vice President at Aon Hewitt from 2013 to 2022, where they managed client teams and oversaw various health and benefits projects. Their earlier experience includes serving as a Consultant at Willis Towers Watson from 2006 to 2013, where notable accomplishments included coordinating extensive benefit program implementations for large organizations. Anne earned a BS in Mathematics with a minor in Business Administration from Ohio University and a Master of Public Health in Health Management and Policy from Portland State University. They are currently pursuing a Certificate of Business Excellence at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
