Antero Airo

Antero Airo is the Chief Executive Officer at Aon Finland, a position held since 2023. With a rich background in the insurance industry, they previously served as Deputy Claims Manager and held various roles at AIG from 2011 to 2014, including Claims Adjuster and Nordic Claims Team Manager. Antero's experience at Aon spans multiple roles from Senior Risk Advisor to Chief Broking Officer between 2015 and 2017. They are actively involved in the industry as a board member of the Finnish Insurance Brokers’ Association and Suomen Vakuutuslakimiesten yhdistys ry since 2021 and 2023, respectively. Antero earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Helsingin yliopisto and is currently pursuing a registration as an Insurance Broker through the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health.
