Arun Dias

Arun Dias is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and service delivery. Currently serving as the Head of Global Centres of Excellence at Aon since December 2018, Arun Dias is responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies that enhance client service delivery across diverse geographies. Prior roles at Aon include Head of Global Shared Operations and Managing Director, overseeing significant service delivery centers and personnel. Before Aon, Arun Dias held senior positions at Genpact from January 2001 to November 2018, including Vice President and Lead Solution Architect, where responsibilities included driving solution creation and managing global P&L operations. Arun Dias began a professional journey in finance and operations, with a solid educational foundation from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
