Arun Taneja

Arun Taneja is a seasoned consultant with over 14 years of experience in the MEA and APAC regions, currently serving as the Director of Human Capital Solutions at Aon since 2022. Previously, Arun held roles including Senior Consultant and Rewards Consultant at Aon, and worked at various companies such as Alcatel-Lucent and Infosys Technologies. Arun completed a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, where they also excelled in sports, leading the cricket team and earning accolades as a campus ambassador for Teach For India.
