Babette Ward possesses extensive experience in the health benefits and billing sectors, beginning as a Billing Supervisor for Group Accounts at Acordia from August 1995 to July 2003, where innovative technologies were introduced to streamline processes and staff were cultivated to exceed client expectations. Babette continued as a Billing & Eligibility Specialist at Business Administrators and Consultants from March 2015 to February 2018, managing client accounts and providing guidance on various plan services. Subsequently, at Wells Fargo Insurance Services from July 2003 to July 2012, Babette held dual roles as Member Services Manager and Marketing Specialist for Group Benefits, overseeing operations and exceeding client retention targets while also negotiating contract pricing for cost savings. Currently, Babette serves as a Consultant for Health & Benefits at Aon since June 2018.
