Bader Baqer

Bader Baqer is the Chief Executive Officer of AON Bahrain and a board member of the Bahrain Insurance Association. They bring more than 19 years of consolidated experience in the financial sector, spanning insurance broking and banking, with expertise in risk management, wealth management, and client relationship management. From 2014 to 2023 they served as General Manager and Board Member at Aon Risk Solutions, and since 2023 they have led AON as Chief Executive Officer. Their career includes leadership roles at Capivest, SNIC, Bahrain Financial Exchange, and Solidarity, and they hold a BA in International Business Administration from Northumbria University, a Post Graduate Certificate in Marketing from Northumbria University, a Diploma in Business Management from the University of Bahrain, and an Insurance Diploma from the Bahrain Institute of Banking & Finance.
