Barbara Calado has extensive experience in corporate benefits management and health care, having worked in various roles across prominent organizations. Currently, as a Senior Consultant at Aon, they focus on strategic portfolio management in health assistance, optimizing contract performance for clients. Previously, they held positions in human resources and benefit administration at companies such as Grupo Boticário and Tupy, driving initiatives that improved employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. Barbara has also contributed academically as a guest professor in ergonomics and workplace health. Currently, they are pursuing a master's degree in administration at Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná.
