Beau Nielsen

Beau Nielsen is currently a Client Executive at Aon, specializing in self-insurance and workers compensation. They previously held the position of Client Executive at GSA Insurance Brokers and were the Workers Compensation Team Leader at EML from 2022 to 2023. Beau has extensive experience in case management, having worked as a Case Management Specialist at EML and an Emergency Case Manager at nib Group. They began their career as a Police Constable with the NZ Police, where they served from 2011 to 2019. Beau holds a Diploma in Law from The University of Waikato and a Diploma in Police Workplace Practice from the Royal New Zealand Police College.
