Becky Searles is the Senior Vice President at Aon Hewitt, where they have worked since 2013. Previously, they held various roles, including Consultant in Retirement at Towers Perrin from 1993 to 2004, Director of Transaction Services at PwC from 2006 to 2009, and Vice President of Consulting Actuary at New York Life Insurance Company from 2004 to 2006. They also served as Senior Consulting Actuary for Health and Group Benefits at Towers Watson from 2011 to 2013. Becky is currently pursuing an AB in Physics at Duke University.
