Ben Brearley is currently the Head of EMEA PMO at Aon, having previously served as the EMEA PMO Lead within the same organization. With extensive experience in the financial services sector, Ben held the position of Retail PMO Manager at Santander UK from 2014 to 2022 and has undertaken various roles including Product Specialist at Multivision Audio Visual and Personal Banker at Barclays. Ben earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Glamorgan and a dual degree in European Business Management from Hogeschool TIO Haarlem.
