Ben Challinor

Ben Challinor is a Senior Consultant in the Public Sector Pensions Team at Aon with 13 years of experience in pensions administration, primarily focusing on the calculation and payment of pension benefits for members of the Local Government Pension Scheme and Firefighters’ Pension Schemes. They have worked collaboratively with scheme members, employers, pension funds, and various other stakeholders. Previously, Ben held roles at Shropshire Council and Cheshire West and Chester Council, where they developed expertise in pension management. Currently, Ben is studying for a Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship through the University of Wolverhampton and the Chartered Management Institute. Ben also earned a Diploma in Pensions Management from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals.
