Ben Love

Ben Love is a Strategic Growth Leader at AON, a position held since September 2021, bringing over 20 years of experience in treaty reinsurance across various roles including underwriting, broking, and capital management. Previously, Ben spent three years as the Director of Underwriting at Tamesis and 11 years at Hiscox, where they contributed as Head of Business Development for Hiscox Re. Ben began their career at Greig Fester and Benfield, holding significant broking and executive roles. They hold degrees in European Finance & Accounting from Leeds Metropolitan University and Strategy Execution from INSEAD.
