Beth Halberstadt

Beth Halberstadt is a senior executive at Aon Investments USA Inc., serving as the U.S. Defined Contribution Investments Leader since 2013. With a robust background in investments and retirement, they are responsible for driving growth and innovation in defined contribution plans and programs. Previously, Beth held the title of Senior Vice President at ING from 1996 to 2012, where they directed the ABA Retirement Funds Program, overseeing nearly 4,000 retirement plans with $4.5 billion in assets. Their career began as a Consultant at Towers Watson from 1988 to 1996, delivering consulting services and relationship management for clients with defined contribution plans. Beth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Math and Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1983 and 1986.
