Bill O'Connor

Bill O'Connor is a Partner in Aon’s compensation consulting practice, where they focus on advising life sciences and technology companies on executive compensation and governance matters. They have over 20 years of experience, having previously held roles at Aon Hewitt as a Senior Consultant and Associate Partner, and at Deloitte Consulting as a Manager. Bill began their career at Arthur Andersen as a Consultant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
