Bob Kestler

Bob Kestler, PMP, is a seasoned implementation and transition leader with over 23 years of experience at Alight Solutions, where they currently serve as the Director of Implementations for Health & Wealth Solutions. Having led complex transition programs for the past 13 years, Bob manages all defined contribution plan transitions, overseeing 15 new clients and significant acquisitions. They have successfully managed more than 60 transitions covering 8.5 million participants and contributed to the evolution of functional processes through the development of 20 Transition Leaders and Project Managers. Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Michigan State University.
