Brett Wolfson is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in developing and optimizing operational strategies across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Aon since April 2021, Brett has successfully created quality and training functions to support significant growth. Prior roles include Director of Operations at MultiPlan, where Brett restructured operations and led four mergers and acquisitions, and Vice President positions at Aon and Med Advantage, overseeing large teams and multiple departments. Additionally, as Vice President of Enrollment & Billing at Healthfirst, Brett managed extensive operations, driving financial efficiencies through redesign initiatives. Brett holds a Master's degree in Strategic Communication & Leadership, summa cum laude, from Seton Hall University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College.
