Brian Bransen

Brian Bransen has a diverse background in risk management and public safety, beginning with early experience in the Public Works Department of the City of Park Ridge from June 2005 to August 2009, where responsibilities included landscaping, street maintenance, and brush pickup. Following roles at FEMA as a National Preparedness Intern in early 2011 and as Safety Director at Chicago Aerosol from October 2011 to April 2016, Brian transitioned to Starr Insurance Companies, serving as a Loss Control Consultant and later as Senior Loss Control Consultant from May 2016 to January 2022. Brian further advanced to Zurich North America as a Senior Risk Engineering Consultant from July 2022 to April 2025, and currently holds the position of Senior Risk Consultant in Property Account Management at Aon since April 2025. Brian's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Emergency Management with a minor in Fire Administration from Western Illinois University, completed in 2011.
