Brian DeBruin is the Managing Director for Natural Resources/Power & Renewables at Aon. After eight years in New York City, Brian relocated to the Charleston office in August 2022. Previously, Brian served as the Regional Director for Aon Specialty Broking's Construction Power & Infrastructure in Hong Kong. Before entering the insurance industry, Brian was a submarine officer in the United States Navy, where they received multiple awards and certifications. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, along with several professional designations in risk management and insurance.
