Britany Schmit

Britany Schmit has extensive experience in project management and consulting within the insurance and pharmacy sectors. Beginning as an Administrator at Minnesota Life from October 2009 to April 2012, significant achievements included co-leading a cost reduction initiative and overseeing a team while enhancing client relationships. Following this, positions included Supervisor of Employer Plans at Securian Financial Group, where responsibilities included supervising a team and managing the implementation of new products. Additionally, roles at Aon and The Burchfield Group focused on managing Request for Proposal processes, analyzing benefits data, and contributing to process improvements. Britany holds a degree in Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and has been active in Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity initiatives.
