Catherine Pearce

Catherine Pearce is currently the Director of Public Sector Pensions at Aon, where they support public sector pension clients with benefits and governance advice. Prior to this role, Catherine gained extensive experience in pensions at Devon County Council as the Deputy Manager of Peninsula Pensions and at Somerset County Council in various positions, including Pensions Operations Manager. Catherine earned a BA Hons in Psychology from the University of Reading, graduating with a 2:1.
