Cathy Course

Cathy Course is the EMEA Head of Global Benefits & International Wealth, where they focus on nurturing a talented team to address emerging pension and benefit management risks for multinational clients. Their career began as an actuary, and Cathy has held various leadership roles across risk, retirement, and health disciplines in five countries. Previously at Aon, Cathy served as a Partner and Senior Group Benefits Consultant, leading large teams and managing key client relationships. They also have experience as an actuary with companies such as Mutual Life of Canada and Group Assurance International Network. Cathy holds executive education from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
