Cathy Mercer

Cathy Mercer holds the designation of Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) and has extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently, Cathy serves as Vice President and previously as Assistant Vice President at Aon since June 2014. Prior roles include Broker at Anderson McTague & Associates, Manager at the Insurance Institute Newfoundland and Labrador, and Commercial Account Manager at Wedgwood Insurance Limited. Cathy's career began at Anthony The Risk Managers, where responsibilities included marketing new business and managing account renewals. Education includes completion of a program at the University of Toronto and the FCIP designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada achieved in 2017.
