Chip Balser

Chip Balser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee benefits consulting, currently serving as Managing Director for the SouthEast Region at Aon Hewitt since January 2011. With a strong focus on strategic planning for employee benefit communication, education, engagement, and enrollment services, Chip assists employers in developing better employee benefit consumers. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Vice President at Univers Workplace Benefits, where Chip consulted with large employers on benefits strategies, and as Owner of Benefits at Work, Inc., providing open enrollment services to mid and large-sized employers. Chip began a career at Unum Group as a Sr. Account Consultant and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Bates College.
