Chris Compton, CAIB, is currently a Senior Vice President and Team Leader for the Indigenous Service Group at Aon, where they lead efforts to provide Indigenous-focused insurance solutions. With over 15 years of experience in insurance placement and account management, Chris has held various roles, including Commercial Account Manager at HUB International Horizon Insurance and Associate Account Executive at Nunavut Insurance Brokers. Chris began their career as an Executive Chef at Canad Inns and later worked as a Customer Service Representative at Horizon Insurance LP. Chris earned an Automotive Technician Diploma from Winnipeg Technical College between 2004 and 2006.
