Chris Deck

Chris Deck is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in employee engagement and benefit technology. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Aon since July 2017, Chris leads initiatives following the acquisition of Univers, where Chris previously held the position of Senior Vice President & Managing Director from June 2005 until the sale to Aon. Prior roles include National Marketing Director at Aon Hewitt from January 2000 to July 2005, and Principal/President at MCC Companies Orlando from March 1995 to January 2000, where Chris established and managed a sales and service center. Chris is a Gulf War Veteran, having served in Naval Aviation from January 1988 to January 1994, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Science with a minor in Computer Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
