Claire Bennett

Claire Bennett is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications and colleague experience. Currently serving as the Head of Colleague Experience Communications at Aon since January 2025, Claire previously held the position of Senior Manager of Corporate Communications at West Monroe. Prior roles include Senior Director at FTI Consulting, where Claire advanced from Director, and Senior Consultant at Gagen MacDonald. Early career experiences encompass roles at The Glover Park Group, Edelman, Albright Stonebridge Group, Collaborative Marketing Group, Tammy Duckworth for Congress, and the U.S. Department of State. Claire holds a Master's Degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University and a BA in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
