Claire Lenehan

Claire Lenehan is a seasoned Occupational Psychology Consultant with extensive experience in both consultancy and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Occupational Psychology Consultant and Team Lead at Aon since March 2023, Claire provides expertise in pre- and post-hire talent strategies. Previous roles include Workplace Health & Wellbeing Officer and Medical Workforce Planning Officer at the Health Service Executive, as well as a Research Studentship at Psychological Consultancy Ltd. In the early stages of the career, Claire held a Research Fellowship with the Health Research Board in collaboration with University College Dublin. Educated at University College Dublin with a BA in Psychology (First Class Honours) and at the University of Nottingham with an MSc in Occupational Psychology (Distinction), Claire's academic background is complemented by diverse professional experiences in the field.
