Claudio Dozio

Claudio Dozio has over 20 years of experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions across multiple companies. Notably, Claudio served as EMEA People Lead and EMEA HR Director at Aon from March 2010 to March 2020. Prior to this, Claudio was the HR Director at INVATEC from November 2007 to March 2010 and worked as an HR/Recruiting Manager at Accenture from January 2005 to January 2007. Further back, Claudio held the position of HR Manager at Ferrari from December 2002 to October 2005 and served as an HR Specialist at BMW Italia from January 1998 to January 2002. Claudio holds a degree from Università degli Studi Milano, which was completed in January 1993.
