Daniel Serota

Daniel Serota is the Vice President of Government and Public Affairs at Aon, where they cultivate connections with stakeholders to advance the firm's public service mission. With over ten years of experience in public affairs, Daniel leads public policy initiatives at the federal and state levels and directs Aon's Political Action Committee. In addition to their role at Aon, they serve as the Chair of Apprenticeship Illinois and advise the U.S. Secretary of Labor on national apprenticeship matters. Daniel's leadership contributions have been recognized by various organizations in Chicago, including Crain’s Chicago Business 40 Under 40 and Leadership Greater Chicago. They hold a B.S. in Political Science from Bradley University.
