Dave Brown

Dave Brown is a transformation-focused leader with extensive experience in business and digital strategies. They currently serve as the GM of Transformation at Aon, leading efforts to enhance client servicing and implement a new operating model. Previously, Dave held roles such as Senior Project/Programme Manager at 2degrees and Head of Business Transformation, where they achieved significant operational improvements through automation and process optimization. Additionally, Dave is committed to supporting not-for-profit organizations, serving as a trustee on the boards of the Graeme Dingle Foundation Marlborough and Squash New Zealand. They are pursuing an Executive MBA at Massey University to further enhance their expertise in business administration and management.
