Dawn Amat is a seasoned professional in the benefits and health sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Health & Benefits at Aon since February 2018. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Benefits at CoAdvantage and Senior Vice President of Health & Benefits at Aon. With a strong foundation in operations as the VP of Benefit Solutions at ADP TotalSource, Dawn has managed significant responsibilities, including directing Florida Region activities with full P&L accountability for a $250 million business. Dawn's career began at Arthur Andersen LLP as Director of Operations.
