Demi Pattison

Demi Pattison is currently the Director of the Australia & New Zealand D&O Broking Team at Aon, a position they assumed in September 2023. They previously held several roles at Aon, including Broker and Associate Director, where they demonstrated strong leadership in broking strategies and client relationships. Demi's early career included internships and assistant roles at Aon Risk Solutions, BBC Studios, and MPG Media Contacts, highlighting their diverse experience in communication and leadership. Demi completed a Bachelor of Arts in Geography at UCL and is pursuing a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management.
