Denise Perlman, CIC, is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Aon’s middle market division in North America, where they lead initiatives to provide proprietary solutions in Risk and Human Capital. With a strong background in business development, Denise has held several leadership roles at Markel and Marsh McLennan Agency, focusing on building national strategies and delivering exceptional client service. Denise obtained an M.B.A. from The College of William and Mary and is pursuing further education through the Leadership Excellence Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Throughout their career, Denise has received multiple honors, including the Insurance Business American Elite Women Award. Outside of work, Denise values community involvement and cherishing time spent with family.
