Derron Morris is a consultant with over 15 years of experience in healthcare, technology, and risk management. Currently serving as the AVP of Human Capital & Risk Capital at Aon, Derron advises clients on aligning people strategies with business goals and funding solutions. Previously, as the SVP of Navigation Sales at Rightway, they focused on enhancing healthcare experiences and building key partnerships. Derron also worked as a Senior Sales Consultant at Hodges-Mace, where they expanded the firm's reach in the Northeast, and as a Sales Consultant at Unum, helping clients strengthen their employee value propositions. Derron is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at the University of Georgia.
